Dobzhansky’s most famous essay

In 1973, the evolutionary biologist Theodosius Dobzhansky wrote an essay titled “Nothing in Biology Makes Sense Except in the Light of Evolution”. It is an explanation of why the concept of evolution is so important to understanding biology, and a defense of the idea that evolution and religion are not necessarily in conflict.
